The GSX1400 is assigned a country code depending on the
country it was marketed for, also the frame/vin numbers also relate to the
country it was meant to be sold in. This area code should be on the VIN plate.

with the following for each country, this makes it easy to find out
if your GSX1400 is specifically made for your area,

There is also a GSX1400UD (or U1) it is K2/K3
models for Europe with E19 area code prefix, this I'm not 100% sure
about model, I presume it could be a lower powered variant for parts
of Europe that have restrictions on BHP limits, I do know there is a
70bhp(approx) model whether or not this is it I don't know, this has
a different Frame number.
